- **Mandatory – 5-6 years of experience in cost control, project management**
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and overhead expenses
- Analyze budget variances and investigate cost overruns
- Recommend and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve project profitability
- Prepare financial reports, cost analyses, and management presentations
- Analyze P&L performance and identify areas for improvement
- Forecast revenue streams and support financial planning activities
- Monitor and analyze sales pipelines, identifying financial risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with Project Management, Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Support business decision-making through financial insights and analysis
- Experience with project management or cost control tools such as Primavera or Deltek is an advantage
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and project cost management
