Responsibilities

Support financial reporting and analysis for federal customers and leadership.
Calculate and analyze monthly customer activity and costs using CBM and CMM.
Prepare financial reports, variance reports, customer activity reports, and expense analysis.
Perform quarterly Cost Per Vendor Invoice (CPVI) calculations and reporting.
Support FASS financial reassessments and analyze workload and cost trends.
Prepare financial data, budgets, estimates, projections, and management reports.
Develop dashboards and other program management reports.
Identify financial and workload variances and research the causes.
Support process improvement, special projects, and Earned Value Management reporting.
Document financial analysis, assumptions, methodologies, and data sources.
Work with customers and team members to resolve financial and operational issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field.
Experience in financial analysis and financial management.
Experience with Activity-Based Costing (ABC) and cost modeling.
Experience analyzing FASS costs and financial data.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with data analysis/visualization tools.
Federal Government experience preferred, including Change Management and Release Management.
Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and SharePoint.
Experience preparing reports, SOPs, business processes, and technical documentation.
Strong project management and customer service skills.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
Master's degree preferred for mid-level and required for senior-level positions.
Preferred Experience
Federal financial management experience.
Experience with CBM, CMM, or similar financial systems.
Experience with DHS/ICE financial operations.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
Experience with financial dashboards and data visualization.
