Role overview
North Houston Pole Line is seeking a Financial Analyst to support its growing organization in Northeast Houston.
Responsibilities
- Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to management.
- Produce reports on key metrics, financial results, and variances.
- Identify organizational performance improvement opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of new policies.
- Develop models to support decision-making.
- Provide ad hoc reporting support to the Division Controller.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant corporate finance, FP&A, or related experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, PivotTables, and VLOOKUP.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to work effectively with employees at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
