Overview
- Assess the financial viability of the Group's investment opportunities (acquisitions, startups, real estate projects, brokerage deals)
- Develop clear recommendations for Management
- Financial evaluation of opportunities sourced by the Business Developer
- Build financial models (DCF, LBO, business plans)
- Draft investment notes and memos for Management
- Conduct financial due diligence in coordination with external advisors
- Sector analysis (Francophone Africa, GCC, sports, real estate)
- Support fundraising and structuring of the future investment vehicle
- Monitor the performance of portfolio companies, in conjunction with the Financial and Administrative Manager
- Provide daily reporting to Management on the progress of ongoing analyses
