• ****About The Role:****
• We are looking for a Strategic Financial Analyst to join Huspy.
• This person will support the Finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while working closely with different business teams to help support the company’s growth plans.
• The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants exposure to strategic finance within a growing business.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across different business units and products
• Track actual performance vs forecasts and assist in improving forecasting accuracy
• Prepare financial reports and analysis to support business and management decision-making
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, reports, and documentation
• Support monthly reporting processes, including income statements and cash flow tracking
• Work closely with business stakeholders to support planning, reporting, and operational finance activities
• Assist with preparing reports and materials for leadership, investors, and other stakeholders

• 2–4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), finance, accounting, or a related role
• Experience working with financial/accounting software and Excel or Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (IFRS knowledge is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
