Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, providing insights and recommendations, and supporting decision-making processes to drive the company's financial success. As a Financial Analyst, you will work closely with senior management and other departments to monitor financial performance, identify trends, and contribute to strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and performance metrics to evaluate business performance and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and other business strategies.
• Support senior management in strategic planning, decision-making, and financial planning processes.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for board meetings, stakeholders, and investors.
• Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of financial strategies and goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, financial regulations, and market conditions that could impact financial performance.
• Develop and implement financial models to assess financial performance and business risks.
• Provide recommendations on cost-saving opportunities and financial efficiency improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills (e.g., financial modeling, pivot tables, and macros).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and accounting standards is a plus.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the UAE or GCC region.
• Experience in [industry-specific financial analysis, e.g., banking, real estate, investment, etc.].
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, ACCA).
• Knowledge of financial risk management and internal controls.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 120 per week
