Overview
Status: Full-time \| Reporting line : General Manager Dubai,
Main Mission
Assess the financial viability of the Group’s investment opportunities (acquisitions, startups, real estate projects, intermediation deals) and structure clear recommendations for Management.
The FA is the rational filter that turns a deal into a decision.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial assessment of opportunities sourced by the Business Developer
- Development of financial models (DCF, LBO, business plans)
- Drafting investment notes and memos for Management
- Financial due diligence in coordination with external advisors
- Sector analysis (Francophone Africa, GCC, sports, real estate)
- Support for fundraising and the structuring of the future investment vehicle
- Monitoring portfolio company performance in coordination with the RAF
- Daily reporting to Management on the progress of ongoing analyses
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Strong foundations in valuation, IFRS, and UAE tax regulations
- Strong synthesis skills and the ability to draft decision-making notes
- Bilingual French / English / Arabic is a plus
- Rigor, discretion, and critical thinking
Ideal Profile
- Master’s degree (finance, business school, engineering)
- 3 to 6 years of experience in M&A, PE, Transaction Services, or a family office
- CFA or ACCA qualifications are appreciated
- Strong autonomy and a clear sense of priorities
- International experience is appreciated Knowledge of the UAE market is an asset
