1. Financial Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze Work in Progress (WIP) and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Track key financial indicators and variances against budgets and forecasts.
2. Financial Analysis
- Conduct regular performance analysis (margins, costs, variances, profitability, etc.).
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management.
- Support decision-making with ad hoc analysis and scenario planning.
3. Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Collaborate with department heads to consolidate financial planning inputs.
- Monitor actuals vs. budgets and recommend corrective measures.
4. Cost Control & Process Improvement
- Develop and implement cost control systems and procedures.
- Monitor cost structures and drive efficiency and productivity improvements.
- Promote financial discipline and awareness across the organization.
5. Compliance & Audit Support
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
- Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation and reporting.
- Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Qualifications & Experience
- **Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s, CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred).**
- **Minimum 3+ years’ experience in MIS, Budgeting, reporting, or analysis.**
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools (ERP systems, Power BI, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive, hands-on, and collaborative working style.
