We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst
to join our finance team.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about financial data, reporting, and supporting business decision-making through accurate financial insights.
You will work closely with finance, operations, and management teams to analyze financial performance, prepare reports, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
- Monitor key financial metrics and business performance indicators.
- Assist in cost analysis and revenue tracking.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with financial modeling is a plus.
- Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving and numerical skills.
- Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
- Internship or academic project experience in finance is an advantage but not required.
