Wealth Managers and Independent Financial Advisors

What You’ll Be Doing

• Advise clients on a range of financial planning areas including:
• + Lump sum investments
• + Retirement planning
• + Education fee funding
• + Life insurance
• + Estate and inheritance tax planning
• Conduct detailed financial planning analysis
• Meet clients regularly to assess evolving financial needs
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Develop new business opportunities and grow your client base
• Lead and manage support staff such as Business Development Managers or Paraplanners
• What’s on Offer

& Commission

• Base salary of AED 12,000 per month
• Commission structure:
• + £0–100K revenue: 30%
• + £101K–£250K revenue: 35%
• + £251K+ revenue: 40%
• + Cold and SMF business: 40%
• Uncapped earning potential

Business Ownership & Flexibility

• Full ownership of your client book and AUM
• Ability to take clients with you if you leave
• Option to sell your book upon exit

& Background

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory
• Proven success in client acquisition and relationship management
• Clean regulatory history with no client complaints or sanctions

• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Driven, ambitious, and results-oriented
