• Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, using advanced accounting software to facilitate reporting and analysis.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure the integrity of financial data and to identify discrepancies for timely resolution.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, providing insights into variances and trends that help management make informed decisions.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and collections, which directly contributes to the company’s cash flow and financial health.
