Finance Trainee (UAE Nationals only)

Role overview

Workplace and schedule

• The candidate must report to the Dubai Media City, Arenco Tower office Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Key responsibilities

• Assist accountants with their duties.
• Research, file, enter data, and maintain accurate and complete financial records.
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents.
• Work with multiple bookkeeping software systems.
• Handle sensitive or confidential information honestly and with integrity.
• Help the accounting team compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients.
• Take on additional tasks and projects to learn about accounting and office operations.

Skills, knowledge, and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with multinational teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Internship experience is prioritized but is not required.
