Role overview

Support and enhance Arup’s global Finance systems landscape through automation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement.

Work with the Group Head of Finance Systems to support effective system operation, governance, innovation, and user engagement.

Systems include ERP, expense management, procurement, treasury, payroll, and reporting platforms.

What you’ll do

  • Provide functional support and troubleshoot Finance systems and related technologies.
  • Gather business requirements and help design, test, and deliver enhancements and new solutions.
  • Develop and support Power Apps, Power Automate, and automation solutions.
  • Identify Finance process optimization and digital transformation opportunities.
  • Support governance, controls, documentation, user access management, and compliance.
  • Deliver user training and promote adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Build stakeholder relationships and advise on Finance systems and automation.

Candidate requirements

  • Experience with Finance systems in a Finance or business systems environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including translating business needs into practical solutions.
  • Knowledge of process improvement, systems administration, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Power Platform, automation, or RPA experience is highly desirable.
  • Confidence using Excel, SQL, and reporting technologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including work across global teams.
