The Portfolio & Value team provides PMO and portfolio management services for Arup's Digital project portfolio.
The team works with the Strategy Office on portfolio planning, prioritisation, and delivery from idea to execution using a lean, data-driven approach.

The role
- Help evaluate, prioritise, and govern strategic digital investments that support Arup's long-term objectives.
- Translate strategic roadmaps into a coordinated pipeline of initiatives with Enterprise Architecture.
- Align business priorities, technology strategy, and delivery capacity.
- Provide analysis, challenge, and guidance to improve investment decisions with senior stakeholders across Digital Technology and the wider business.
Experience and capabilities
- Experience in portfolio management, demand management, or PMO governance within a complex organisation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and communication skills, including work with senior leaders.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business cases, investment proposals, and portfolio data.
- Experience in benefits management, value realisation, and investment governance.
- A proactive mindset and interest in continuous improvement, innovation, and using technology, automation, and AI to improve outcomes.
