Finance Systems Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for D365 F&O Finance processes and resolve system, process and data issues.
• Handle Finance system queries and coordinate incidents and service requests with IT and external partners.
• Improve finance processes, controls and system utilisation.
• Support master data governance, data quality and audit compliance.
• Assist with system enhancements, upgrades, testing and change adoption.
• Deliver user training, maintain process documentation, and support global teams through changes and rollouts.

Qualifications and experience

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), qualified or part qualified.
• Degree in Finance, Business or Information Systems, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Experience with D365 F&O or a comparable ERP system, including implementations, testing, change management and user support.
• Strong understanding of Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash.
• Experience investigating system, process and data issues; understanding of master data governance, controls and process standardisation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in manufacturing and/or a multi-entity global organisation.
