Finance Supervisor (Accounts Receivable)

Position Summary

Financial Responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy and maintain financial records, cash, and computerized financial information.
• Classify and summarize financial data using journals, ledgers, and computer systems.
• Prepare, audit, maintain, and distribute financial, accounting, auditing, payroll, and statistical reports.
• Complete period-end closing procedures and reports.
• Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements.
• Follow up on past-due accounts and vendor invoices until payment is received or resolved.

Coordination and Workplace Duties

• Coordinate tasks with other departments, mentor colleagues, and ensure assigned work meets timing and quality standards.
• Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and report work-related injuries.
• Communicate professionally, maintain positive working relationships, and support team goals.
• Perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.

Schedule and Position Type

• The schedule is full time.
• The position type is non-management.

Workplace

• The role is not designated as remote and is based at Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
