• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Cash Collections Specialist** to join our Strategic Finance team.
• You will be instrumental in maximizing cash flow by managing collections activities across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) part of the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) regions.
• This role combines analytical skills with customer relationship management in a dynamic, multicultural environment. **Key Responsibilities*** **Accounts Receivable Management**: Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment
• **Collections Strategy**: Develop and execute collection plans for high-value or past-due accounts
• **Customer Communication**: Liaise professionally with clients across multiple time zones to resolve payment issues
• **Reporting & Analysis**: Support in cash flow forecasts, and collections metrics
• **Payment Processing**: Record and reconcile payments received; coordinate with accounting teams
• **Problem Resolution**: Investigate and resolve discrepancies, billing disputes, and payment obstacles
• **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline collections workflows and enhance efficiency
• **Required Qualifications*** Experience of collections or accounts receivable
• Strong knowledge of AR processes and collections best practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with MENA and/or EMEA markets is a strong advantage
• **Preferred Qualifications*** Arabic and other regional languages
• Experience with ERP/ISP collections software and automated systems
