Job Requirements:

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred.
  • 0-2 Years in a position or internship relating to your field of study preferred
  • Majors in finance, accounting, business, supply chain, economics, mathematics, data analytics, or statistics preferred.
  • Ability to work well independently and as a part of a high-performing team.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Preferred proficiency with BI tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and/or other relational databases
  • Effective communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Results oriented with the ability to lead several priorities.
  • Role Eligibility:
  • Graduate from a Bachelor's Degree program between December 2026 and June 2027
  • Ability to relocate to Nashville, TN or other assigned locations.
  • We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role
  • Base salary range: $53,378 to $64,057/year
  • Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.

Responsibilities

  • Works with assigned organizational unit(s) to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and statistical reporting.
  • Prepares financial reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis.
  • Executes special projects as assigned.
  • Makes accounting adjustments through appropriate journal entries.
  • Assists with monthly and annual account reconciliations and close activities.
  • Examines a variety of financial statements and transactions for completeness, internal accuracy, and conformance with accounting standards.
  • Learns the Atmus finance approach through contributions to a variety of projects and activities.
  • Participates in team meetings and continuous improvement activities.
  • Presents key learnings and rotation experiences to Finance Development Program panel of finance leadership.
