The ideal candidate should be capable of
interacting confidently with Senior Management
, providing financial insights, identifying practical solutions, and
guiding management toward informed and strategic decision-making
.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project accounting for EPC / Oil & Gas projects
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost control, and variance analysis
- Handle cash flow management and coordination with banks
- Ensure compliance with VAT, statutory regulations, and audit requirements
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements for management review
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and contracts teams
- Support internal and external audits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting
- Professional qualification (CA / CMA / ACCA)
- preferred
- **5–10 years**
- of relevant experience in EPC / Oil & Gas or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of project accounting and financial controls
- Ability to work independently, lead the Finance Team and meet reporting deadlines
- Salary will be offered as per company standards and candidate experience
