Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• **Corporate & Value Added Tax**:
• Prepare and file VAT & corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with UAE tax laws.
• Managing VAT filings and other tax-related documentation.
• Stay updated on local and international taxation changes, advising on tax strategies and optimizing tax liabilities.
• · **Tax Auditing & Compliance**
• Conduct internal audits focused on VAT, Corporate Tax, and Excise Tax compliance.
• Review tax returns and ensure timely and accurate filings with the FTA.
• Analyze business transactions to assess tax implications under UAE laws.
• Monitor tax risks and support the implementation of corrective actions.
• **Financial Reporting**:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
• Collaborate with internal team for accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Monitor month end and year end closing process.
• Assist with the preparation of management reports and financial forecasts.
• Prepare of fixed asset, prepayment, lease and loan schedules.
• Coordinate with External Auditor for timely completion of audit.
• **Bank Reconciliation**:
• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• **Ledger Entry Management**:
• Oversee accurate posting of journal entries, ensuring completeness and correctness.
• Creation and Classification of Chart of Accounts.
• Oversee accurate recording and reconciliation of transactions across the entities.
• **Ageing Report Management**:
• Monitor and manage the accounts ageing report, ensuring timely collections and payments.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address overdue accounts.
• **Costing**:
• Ensure accurate costing of products/services.
• Assist in the preparation of cost reports and budgets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• **Education**:
• CA Inter, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
• **Experience**:
• Minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong experience in handling taxation, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
• Proven experience in managing bank ledger entries and ageing reports.
• Proven Finance Manager experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Strong expertise in production accounting, cost bookkeeping, and inventory control
• Hands-on knowledge of BOMs, standard costing, variance analysis, and manufacturing cost structures
• Experience with plant-level financial reporting, MIS, and period closings
• Strong analytical skills, compliance knowledge, and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced setting
• **Technical Skills**:
• Proficient in manufacturing ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally Prime, Quick Books or similar)
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and CT laws and tax regulations.
• Familiarity with IFRS & IAS.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (advanced functions).

Preferred

• **Experience in UAE**: Previous experience in the UAE market is highly preferred, including understanding local tax compliance and regulatory requirements.
• **Residing in UAE**: Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the UAE & can join immediately.
• Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
