Finance Manager – Dubai

About This Role
Key Responsibilities：
1.Lead day-to-day financial management and accounting operations for the Dubai entity and regional business activities
2.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management analysis
3.Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and cost control initiatives
4.Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal control policies
5.Coordinate audits, statutory filings, and external financial reporting
6.Support business expansion, operational planning, and cross-border financial coordination with headquarters
7.Oversee accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger activities
8.Partner closely with business leaders to provide financial insights and operational recommendations
9.Manage and mentor local finance staff while helping improve financial processes and reporting efficiency
Requirements：
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2.Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting leadership roles
3.UAECA certification is required
4.Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, tax compliance, and financial regulations
5.Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or multinational environments is highly preferred
6.Familiar with ERP systems and financial software
7.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
8.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
9.English is the primary working language
