Role Description
The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial management, fund accounting, and operational coordination of the Company’s Private Equity and Venture Capital funds established in the Abu Dhabi Global Market, UAE.
The role covers two funds, each structured with a Fund Manager and two General Partners, and requires strong hands on experience in fund operations, financial oversight, and coordination with fund administrators, auditors, regulators, banks, and investors within the ADGM regulatory framework.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with
- ADGM fund structures
- , including Fund Manager and General Partner entities.
- Strong knowledge of
- fund accounting, NAV reporting, investor reporting, and capital activity
- .
- Experience working with
- fund administrators, external auditors, and regulatory stakeholders
- .
- Solid understanding of
- ADGM regulatory, governance, and financial reporting requirements
- .
- Proven expertise in
- financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- .
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with the ability to provide strategic insights.
- Experience in financial compliance, internal controls, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial systems, ERP platforms, and advanced Excel modelling.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CFA, CPA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Experience in the
- Private Equity, Venture Capital, or investment management industry
- is highly desirable.
