Head of Finance
Responsibilities
- Sets budgets and financial targets for all entities
- Reviews monthly financial results and asks the right questions
- Approves major payments, investments, and funding decisions
- Ensures proper controls are in place (no fraud, no errors)
- Manages auditors, regulators, and key external stakeholders
- Supports business decisions with financial insight
- Reviews and approves financial operating policies and procedures
- Reviews banking structure and payment processes
- Works closely with banks on facilities and transactions
- Supports opening and maintaining bank accounts for all entities
- Supports maintenance of all bank documentation (KYC, signatories, etc.)
- Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
