Finance Manager

Your Responsibilities

• You will oversee cash flow management, ensuring adequate liquidity, timely supplier payments, efficient payroll cycles and optimizing working capital
• You will lead the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with the organization's strategic objectives
• You will manage timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and public-sector processes
• You will implement and monitor robust internal controls to safeguard assets, ensure compliance, and mitigate financial risks
• You will provide financial analysis and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making, business cases, and cost optimization initiatives
• You will oversee financial aspects of grant management, including disbursement, monitoring, and adherence to funding agreements
• You will promote accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement in financial management practices

• Who We're Looking For?
• You will have 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including accountability for end-to-end financial operations
• You will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred
• You will have demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, and reporting
• You will have strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, grant disbursement protocols, and risk management practices
• You will have proven track record of implementing internal controls, ensuring audit readiness, and driving cost-efficiency initiatives
• You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to collaborate effectively
• You will have ability to align financial planning with business strategy and support long-term organizational goals
