Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring clear responsibilities, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounting, AR/AP, bank reconciliations, cash flow, and petty cash.
• Ensure timely, accurate invoicing and revenue control for all service jobs, repair works, and projects, including billing accuracy, collections, and receivables.
• Manage monthly payroll, employee benefits, allowances, overtime, deductions, leave salary, and end-of-service provisions, and control employee expenses and claims.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax, including filings, reconciliations, and audit readiness.
• Manage inventory and stock controls, including valuation, reconciliation, physical stock counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Maintain fixed asset registers, capitalization, and depreciation.
• Establish and enforce financial policies, approval limits, and internal control procedures.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis, and work closely with management and operations to improve financial discipline and efficiency.
• Perform any other finance-related duties required to support the company’s financial integrity, compliance, and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Professional certification (e.g, CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA,) is a plus.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of UAE experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Experience in the investment group or facilities management industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE taxation, VAT, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software, including ERP ( SAP ) systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
