Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring clear responsibilities, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounting, AR/AP, bank reconciliations, cash flow, and petty cash.
- Ensure timely, accurate invoicing and revenue control for all service jobs, repair works, and projects, including billing accuracy, collections, and receivables.
- Manage monthly payroll, employee benefits, allowances, overtime, deductions, leave salary, and end-of-service provisions, and control employee expenses and claims.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax, including filings, reconciliations, and audit readiness.
- Manage inventory and stock controls, including valuation, reconciliation, physical stock counts, and discrepancy investigations.
- Maintain fixed asset registers, capitalization, and depreciation.
- Establish and enforce financial policies, approval limits, and internal control procedures.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis, and work closely with management and operations to improve financial discipline and efficiency.
- Perform any other finance-related duties required to support the company’s financial integrity, compliance, and business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Professional certification (e.g, CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA,) is a plus.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of UAE experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Experience in the investment group or facilities management industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE taxation, VAT, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software, including ERP ( SAP ) systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Al Rigga
