Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Abu Dhabi.
The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Key responsibilities
include monitoring financial performance, managing cash flows, analyzing financial data, preparing reports for stakeholders, and providing strategic financial insights to guide business decisions.
The Finance Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure budget alignment and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Monthly book closure, preparation of IFRS based financial statements
- Knowledge of UAE CT and VAT laws
- Experience with financial analysis, data interpretation, and creating meaningful reports
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Proficiency in financial management tools and software
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills
- Leadership capability and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills to present financial data to stakeholders clearly
- A professional certification like CPA, CFA, or CMA is must
- Prior experience in a managerial finance role, ideally within a corporate or holding company structure
