We're looking for an experienced
Finance Manager
to oversee financial operations, deliver strategic insights, and support key business decisions in a fast-paced and growing organization.
💼 What You'll Do
💰 Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
📊 Prepare and analyze financial reports and performance metrics
📈 Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership
💼 Monitor cash flow, revenue, and operational expenses
📋 Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations
🤝 Partner with cross-functional teams to support business growth
📉 Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and efficiency

✅ Requirements
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
💼 Experience in Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, or Corporate Finance
📊 Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills
📈 Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
🗣️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
🏅 CPA, CA, ACCA, or CFA qualification is an advantage
🇦🇺 Must be based in Australia
