Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role as a Business Development Manager, based in Sharjah with some work-from-home flexibility.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships within the automation and security industries.
Daily tasks include market research, sales presentations, customer consultations, and collaboration with internal teams to create tailored proposals.
The role also involves meeting sales targets, representing the company at trade events, and ensuring client satisfaction to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Opportunity Identification skills
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Understanding of Automation, Security Solutions, and Technology Integration
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the automation or security industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage
