Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting operations and maintain financial records.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and support monthly closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting.
- Manage supplier payments, customer collections, and account reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and support the Accounts Manager.
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of UAE accounting experience; a later experience line labels UAE experience as preferred.
- Ready-mix concrete or construction industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices and VAT.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Must be available to join immediately.
