The employer is hiring a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
The role is full-time and on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, revenue, and financial performance.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Develop financial analyses and management reports for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
- Coordinate audits, tax matters, and financial documentation.
- Manage and support the finance team.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial controls and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- UAE or GCC experience is an advantage.
