Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise applications and business-critical systems.
- Lead application implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.

- Monitor application performance, availability, security, and reliability.
- Manage application support, incidents, and service-level requirements.
- Oversee application roadmaps, budgets, licenses, and vendor contracts.
- Identify automation and business-process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure effective data integration across enterprise platforms.
- Lead application projects and technology initiatives.
- Establish application governance and support best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of enterprise application management experience.
- Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, HRIS, or other enterprise platforms.
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and application lifecycle management.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- UAE or GCC experience is an advantage.
