Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Finance Expert to work on a contract basis.

In this role, you will apply your financial domain expertise to help train next-generation AI systems by reviewing diverse financial content—including images and videos—with precision and rigor.

Your contributions will directly shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform across industries like finance, healthcare, and engineering.

No prior AI experience is required—your real-world financial knowledge is the critical asset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review financial content in image and video formats with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring alignment with domain-specific standards.
  • Develop advanced, finance-specific questions that require true expertise to solve, enabling high-quality AI model training.
  • Tag each task by category and subcategory to ensure optimal routing and structured feedback for AI learning.
  • Apply financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis techniques to evaluate and improve model performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with domain experts and AI teams to refine training data and evaluation criteria.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting principles and regulatory standards in all contributions.
  • Optimize cost structures and provide insights to support efficient AI training processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis with proficiency in Excel or equivalent tools.
  • Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost optimization within relevant industries.
  • Experience in data analysis, problem-solving, and attention to detail for complex financial scenarios.
  • Written and verbal communication skills sufficient to articulate nuanced financial concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and stakeholder collaboration in cross-functional environments.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, regulatory compliance, and technology-driven business practices.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, global capacity with minimal supervision.
