Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Computational Biology & Genomics Analyst to work on a contractor basis.

This role will involve applying domain expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

The successful candidate will contribute to high-impact projects in computational genomics, leveraging their knowledge of bioinformatics, data analysis, and genomics.

This opportunity is part of a global effort to integrate human expertise into AI development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and assess analytical rubrics for computational genomics projects, ensuring they meet scientific and operational standards.
  • Evaluate sequence alignment strategies and assess the effectiveness of CRISPR design tools.
  • Interpret and synthesize results from large-scale genomics data analysis, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and implement bioinformatics pipelines, integrating data from various sources and ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop guidelines and standards for genomics data analysis and interpretation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sequence alignment tools and CRISPR design software, with experience in evaluating and optimizing their performance.
  • Strong background in bioinformatics, genomics, and computational biology, with expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex results and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data integration platforms and quality assurance protocols, with knowledge of regulatory frameworks in genomics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
