Finance Executive – Property Management

Role

Responsibilities

• Handle daily finance and accounting operations; process invoices, payments, receipts, credit notes, and expenses.
• Manage payables and receivables, follow up on outstanding payments, and reconcile bank, cash, and account transactions.
• Maintain transaction records and supporting documents; prepare financial statements, reports, schedules, and summaries.
• Support monthly and periodic closing, VAT preparation and filings, payroll, and audit requirements.
• Use accounting software and ERP platforms, including Zoho Books and Zoho Property Management.
• Handle tenant billing, rental income, service charges, supplier payments, property expenses, and transaction classification.
• Support management reporting and analysis, identify discrepancies, and help resolve irregularities.

Qualifications and experience

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of finance/accounting experience; at least 2 years as a Finance Executive and 2 years in property management are specified.
• At least 1 year of Zoho Books experience is specified.
• Strong accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliation, payables, receivables, and financial reporting knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, lookups, data analysis, and financial reporting.
• Good practical knowledge of accounting software and ERP/finance systems.

Preferred knowledge and skills

• Zoho Books and Zoho Property Management are highly preferred; the experience section separately specifies 1 year of Zoho Books experience.
• Property management accounting experience is advantageous.
• UAE VAT and basic UAE accounting knowledge are advantageous.
• The role calls for accuracy, communication, organization, independent work, deadline management, confidentiality, and problem-solving.

Pay

• AED 6,000–8,000 per month.
