Designation: Finance Executive
Location: Dubai
Job Type: Contract (3 Months Extendable)
Joining: Immediate Joiners preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Posting of daily sales & cash collection, reconcile total cash collection with cinema revenue and ensure the cash deposited properly on time and the deposited amount matches with the report
- Preparing of sales invoice as and when required for cinemas to ensure the policy compliance based on the documents received from Sales/Operations Department
- Reconciling AP and AR against payment made and received for Cinemas
- Processing petty cash replenishment, supplier, municipality, utilities and staff-related payments for cinemas
- Monthly closing of books for cinemas by ensuring all liabilities, provision, invoices, revenue are recorded and reconciled
- Reconciling Bank accounts of cinemas
- Submission of monthly report (MMR) and quarterly balance sheet
- Submission of monthly sales report to landlord
- Other ad hoc job assigned by the line manager
