Job Title: Finance Executive
Note: We are only looking for immediate joiners.
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage and oversee day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with company policies, and support overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting activities including invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor cash flow, track expenses, and control costs effectively
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments when required
- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems)
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of VAT regulations and compliance
- Experience in handling audits and financial documentation
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
