Accounts & Finance Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable and receivable.
• Process vendor payments, staff reimbursements and travel expenses.
• Manage utility and operational expense payments on time.
• Perform data entry and transaction processing in SAP.
• Prepare and reconcile customer and vendor accounts regularly.
• Preparing ageing analysis for debtors and creditors.
• Assist with the preparation and filing of VAT and Corporate Tax returns.
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and ensure asset tagging and depreciation schedules are accurate.
• Support internal/annual audit processes by providing relevant data and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Support monthly closing and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications (e.g. MBA, CA Inter) are a plus.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Pay: AED4.00 per month
