Position details

Financial responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents; organize and safeguard records, cash, and cash equivalents.
• Record and analyze computerized financial information and maintain records using journals, ledgers, or computers.
• Prepare, audit, and distribute financial, accounting, statistical, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
• Complete period-end closing procedures; prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements.
• Follow up on past-due accounts and vendor invoices until paid or resolved.

• Coordinate with departments, serve as a role model or mentor, and ensure work is completed on time and to quality standards.
• Follow policies, maintain professional appearance and confidentiality, and protect company assets.
• Communicate professionally, handle telephone inquiries appropriately, and prepare and review written documents accurately.
• Maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Report work-related accidents or injuries promptly; perform other reasonable duties as requested.
• The role may require moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or placing items weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Preferred qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is listed as a preferred qualification.
• At least 1 year of related work experience is listed as preferred.
• No supervisory experience or license or certification is listed as required.
