Finance Director (High-Growth Technology Business)

We are working with a rapidly growing, technology-driven business operating across the GCC, currently seeking a commercially minded Finance Director to join their leadership team.

This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO, offering the opportunity to build and shape the finance function while supporting regional expansion and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Partner closely with senior leadership to drive commercial decision-making, pricing strategies, and profitability improvement
• Oversee financial reporting, controls, and compliance across multiple entities
• Build, manage, and develop a growing finance team
• Provide clear financial insights and reporting to senior stakeholders
• Support business growth initiatives, including expansion into new markets within the GCC
• Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting frameworks

Candidate Profile:

• 10–15 years of progressive finance experience
• Currently operating as a Finance Director, Head of Finance, or Senior Finance Manager ready to step up
• Strong background in FP&A, commercial finance, and business partnering
• Experience working in a fast-paced, growing environment (technology, services, or scale-up businesses preferred)
• Proven experience managing teams and working across multiple entities or regions
• Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment
