Key Responsibilities
- **Lead financial planning, forecasting, and long-term strategy**
- Oversee budgeting and cost control across departments financial strategy, budgeting, and overall financial management.
- **strong experience in overseeing core finance functions such as Treasury, Accounts Payable, Financial Reporting, Tax Compliance, Asset Management, and General Ledger.**
- Ensure accurate financial reporting (IFRS/GAAP compliant)
- **Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital**
- Ensure compliance, internal controls, and coordinate audits
- **Lead and develop the finance team**
- Support strategic decisions, M&A, and expansion initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (Master’s preferred)
- Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA is required
- Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 8 years in a senior finance leadership role
