Mark Williams are currently recruiting for a Finance Director (UAEN) for a market leading Semi-Government company based in Dubai.
The Finance Director will be key member of the team and will drive the business forward.
The Role
- Ensure strong financial governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
- Oversee compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and audit requirements.
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and asset protection measures.
- Lead all finance operations, including accounting, treasury, payroll, budgeting, and fixed assets.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational and strategic priorities.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Drive financial innovation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate new programs, ventures, and capital projects through robust business case analysis.
- Develop financial models, KPIs, and performance metrics to support institutional objectives.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management and the Board.
- Managing a small team
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified (ACCA,CIMA,ACA) or equivalent
- Worked in a similar capacity
- UAEN (Preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Drive change and innovation
