The role supports the company's strategic goals and recruitment services operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Manage financial reporting cycles and review and interpret financial statements.
- Provide data-driven insights for decision-making and cost optimization.
- Develop and maintain internal controls; monitor cash flow and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and long-term financial sustainability.
Qualifications
- Strong finance and financial planning skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial management.
- Expertise in financial statements and reporting, including preparation, review, and compliance with applicable standards.
- Advanced analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency with financial software and spreadsheets, plus solid knowledge of accounting principles.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is listed as a relevant qualification; CPA, ACCA, or CMA certifications are advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior finance role, preferably in professional services or a recruitment-related business.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
