  • Translate financial results into insights and recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Prepare financial analyses and executive presentations explaining the context behind results.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and accounting policies and programs.
  • Oversee analysts handling headcount and variable-spend forecasts; review their work and guide analytical rigor, accuracy, and communication.
  • Drive FP&A-G&A process improvements, automation, reports, and dashboards.
  • Use AI tools thoughtfully in analysis, reporting, and workflows, validating outputs and judging where AI adds value.
  • Aggregate financial information from people and systems; analyze and model data using Power BI and other tools.
  • Consolidate Finance divisional reporting for monthly forecasts and quarter-end close.

Minimum qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of accounting or finance experience, including FP&A.
  • Experience guiding, reviewing, or mentoring others’ work.
  • Strong technical skills in Excel, Power BI, and accounting and planning software.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; able to build relationships and influence senior leaders and others.
  • Track record of continuous improvement, including process redesign and automation.
  • Growing practical fluency with AI tools, used to improve work quality and efficiency without replacing critical thinking.
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting, master's in Financial Analysis, or equivalent is preferred.
