Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founder on financial analysis, business insights, and strategic initiatives
- Build and maintain financial models, MIS, dashboards, and performance trackers
- Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and improvement areas
- Support in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Prepare high-quality presentations for internal discussions and external stakeholders
- Drive structured thinking in problem-solving and decision-making
- Work on special projects across finance, operations, and growth initiatives
- Use tools (including AI) to improve efficiency, automation, and insights
