What You Will Be Doing
We are hiring a Finance & Service Support Director
The main mission of the Finance & Services Support Director is the monitoring of the Business plan and WWC budgets (Opex, CAPEX, Cash…), perform accounting and fiscal duties in order to achieve financial performance targets of WWC.
He is also the pilot of the enabling project related to the optimization of National Water Company / Western Cluster Opex in coordination with operational departments
Also, He has to support the managers in the definition of technical requirement, supply management and services support in order to improve the quality and continuity of services
Main Duties
- Finance & accounting:
- Monitor the business plan and develop annual budgets, forecasts for WWC.
- Perform accounting and prepare financial statements
- Perform taxes and fiscal activities
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulation standards
- Deploy internal control system
- Monitor the Cash flow management, debts and financial operations,
- Interaction with stakeholders
- Ensure the Reporting and set KPIs for its department
Procurement, Supply Chain And Services Support
- Supervision of contracts in interaction with end users.
- Assess and review Contracts, Variation Orders
- Coordinate the planning and inventory management of all materials required for operations and maintenance.
- Improve the fleet management, office services & non-operational buildings management, assess related risks and propose mitigation measures.
Opex Reduction Enabling Project
- Assess NWC/Western Cluster needs in terms of OPEX and CAPEX
- Monitor the variation of OPEX and propose optimization measures
- Participate in the overall performance of the MOM Contract
Required Skills and Competencies
- Technical skills in Finance and Accounting
- IFRS norms and standards
- KSA Fiscal and Accounting regulations
- Project Management
- Proficiency in Accounting software
- English compulsory, Arabic is a plus
- Ability to analyze complex data
- Leadership
Education And Experience
- Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent
- 10-12 years of experience with at least an experience of 4-5 years in Managerial position
- BU: International - Middle East & Central Asia
