Mustang Rental Services (MRS) is seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Financial Analyst to support financial planning, operational analysis, and strategic decision-making across our growing organization. In this role, you'll work closely with leaders across Operations, Sales, Fleet, Service, and Finance to provide meaningful insights that drive revenue growth, profitability, productivity, and return on capital.

Financial Planning & Forecasting Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes. Develop and maintain financial models related to revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, EBITDA, and capital investments. Assist in preparing annual operating plans for Rental Services and Heavy Rents. Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses related to growth initiatives, pricing strategies, fleet investments, and operational changes.

Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes.

Develop and maintain financial models related to revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, EBITDA, and capital investments.

Assist in preparing annual operating plans for Rental Services and Heavy Rents.

Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses related to growth initiatives, pricing strategies, fleet investments, and operational changes.

Business Performance Analysis Analyze financial and operational performance against budget, forecast, and prior-year results. Identify key business drivers impacting revenue, utilization, labor productivity, margins, and profitability. Evaluate trends across branches, districts, and business segments. Deliver actionable recommendations that improve financial and operational performance.
