The Role – Finance Analyst

As a Finance Analyst, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, analyzing trends, identifying opportunities, and providing insights that drive key business decisions. What You’ll Do

• Dive deep into financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to uncover insights.
• Develop financial models that influence strategic decision-making.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management with clarity and impact.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements across the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and international accounting standards.
• Be a trusted advisor to management on financial planning and strategy.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or professional certifications like CPA, ACCA, CFA is a plus).
• 2–5 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in Dubai or international companies.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally) is a bonus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED14,566.00 - AED15,340.00 per month
