Finance Analyst
About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to manage financial operations and reporting for our group of companies based in the UAE and the UK. The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-entity consolidation, investment portfolio analysis, and UK compliance (HMRC, VAT, etc.), along with strong leadership and analytical abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze, and consolidate financial reports across UAE and UK entities.
- Ensure compliance with HMRC and UAE VAT regulations, supporting audits and tax submissions.
- Oversee and guide a small finance team, ensuring accuracy and timely deliverables.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow for multiple companies.
- Analyze and monitor investment portfolios and provide performance insights.
- Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
- Work with multiple ERP systems — QuickBooks, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and Odoo.
- Perform advanced Excel-based financial modeling and variance analysis.
- Provide actionable financial insights to support management’s strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3**+ years of experience** as a Finance Analyst or Finance Manager.
- Proven experience in group of companies setup with exposure to UK accounting and HMRC processes.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and financial models).
- Experience with QuickBooks, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and preferably Odoo.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
