Finance & Operations Manager (Bullion Trading)
About This Role
Key Financial Responsibilities:
Daily Accounts: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and cash flow for high-frequency bullion trades.
Gold Accounting: Oversee metal stock reconciliation, "unfixed" gold positions, and daily rate fixing against international/Dubai market prices.
VAT & Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with UAE VAT laws, specifically the Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) for gold.
Trade Documentation: Manage KYC/AML documentation for all counterparties and coordinate with Dubai Customs/DGCX for import/export filings.
Office Administration Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Act as the primary point of contact for the office, managing daily schedules and ensuring a professional environment.
Logistics Coordination: Supervise the secure movement of physical metal and coordinate with security transport services (e.g., Transguard/Brinks).
Vendor Management: Handle all office-related vendors, utilities, and PRO-related tasks for licensing and visa renewals.
Banking Relations: Maintain active communication with banks regarding trade finance, limits, and documentation.
