**Salary:** QAR 15,500 per month
Job Description
Global CYD Finance is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Administrator to support daily financial operations at our West Bay office in Doha.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial records, assisting with reporting, and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records, invoices, and documentation
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on financial matters
- Support audits and assist in improving financial processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in a finance or administrative role
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
